Refund policy

Only when Natubio receives the unwanted product back from the customer and determines the viability of the product, and the product can then be deemed un-tampered with, will sales staff return the cost of the product only to the customer - MINUS economy shipping costs.

Additionally, if the customer had previously selected a premium shipping option, the customer will only receive the value of the product in return, not the shipping cost.

Shipping costs are subject to changes throughout the calendar year.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
